Lynne Fattah, FREC
Lynne Fattah is the founder and owner of Yours Sincerely Limited .
Lynne developed Yours Sincerely Limited to become the model UK recruitment business renown for its professional standards. She founded the business on her ethical and honest principles but combines this with the commercial realities.
She is a Fellow member of the REC and her work within the recruitment industry is renown as REC Regional Director for Wales (recently retired). Some of her work involved working with Welsh Assembly Government developing the Welcome to Wales Pack for migrant workers and the new implemented Quality Mark for LEAs specifically for Wales (England was implemented in 2005)
Lynne takes her role seriously and engages with MPs, AMs and MEPs to highlight issues relating to procurement processes by the public sector and is currently working with the CBI on the Wales Small and Medium Enterprise Forum influencing Welsh Assembly Government policy.
In 2001 and 2008, Lynne was a finalist in the Welsh Woman of the Year Awards.
Dr. Gareth Osborne
Gareth Osborne is the Non Executive Chairman of Yours Sincerely Ltd and works with Directors on all facets of corporate strategy and compliance with recruitment and employment legislation.
As the former Managing Director of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), the professional body for the UK's £26 billion per annum recruitment agencies industry, he is recognised for his knowledge of the industry and has been for many years the industry's principal interface with UK Government and the EU. Gareth was responsible for leading industry participation in the drafting of the Employment Agencies Act 2003. He worked with Ministers on the Employment Status Review and the TUC on the still pending Agency Workers Directive.
Gareth was until recently a member of the Small Business Council, the 23 advisors to the Cabinet on all matters affecting small business in the UK (Gareth was co-author of the Cabinet Office and Better Regulation Taskforce Joint Paper recommending procurement processes for SME access to Public Sector contracts). He was a Director of the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts and a number of other senior governmental committees.
Prior to his work with the REC Gareth was Managing Director of the UK's most prolific Business Innovation Unit and participated in the development of over 3000 innovations, creating over 400 new high-growth, technology-based businesses and standing as a Director and mentor to more than 50 of them.
Gareth has owned and operated a number of highly-successful and award-winning small businesses and specialises in creation, development, growth and sale of these companies.
Gareth holds a Doctorate, from Middlesex University Business School, for his work in Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation and the prestigious IOD Diploma in Company Direction. He is a passionate Welshman.
Evette Groom, FREC
Evette is the Operations Director for Yours Sincerley
Evette began her career in recruitment in 1995 working for Reed Employment, a large national agency. Initially employed as an administrator her passion for the industry meant that she quickly progressed and became a key member of the team, particularly in the area of customer relations. Evette has co-ordinated many high value contracts as well as being the account manager for large contracts such as British Gas, Barclays Bank and Halifax Plc.
Evette was head hunted by Yours Sincerely in 2000, Yours Sincerely's reputation for quality and her strong desire to focus on developing business through service rather than aggresive sales techniques led her to make the move.
Evette's knowledge of the industry and her experience with developing national accounts proved a great asset to Yours Sincerely and she quickly developed relationships with key employers, in particular public sector organisations such as Denbighshire County Council, Conwy & Denbighshire NHS and ELWa, securing major contracts and repeat business.
In 2006 when Yours Sincerely traded as limited company Evette was appointed Operations Director. She is extremely proactive in the business and works closely with key suppliers to ensure consistency of standards.
Julie Lloyd
Julie is the Branch Manager of the Llanduno Branch
Julie began her career in Recruitment 12 years ago and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Branch Manager for Reed and then Adecco.
Her experience and skills she gained as a branch manager for national companies is now being expertly used in expanding the Llandudn Branch by building and developing excellent working relationships and understanding each clients and candidates requirements to provide the best recruitment service and advice available in the North Wales.
