We are delighted and very proud to announce that Yours Sincerely has won top prize in this year's industry Awards held last week at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, London. In the presence of over 1000 representatives of the industry, its clients and legislators, Yours Sincerely was hailed as the UK Recruitment Firm offering 'Best Client Care'.
Managing Director Lynne Fattah, who was thrilled by the announcement, said, "This award is the pinnacle of achievement and recognises the hard work and commitment of all at Yours Sincerely to ensure our clients receive the best, most professional and friendliest service possible. We are passionate about matching the needs of local businesses with the best candidates in the area to ensure the best staffing solutions are achieved."
Established in 1995, Yours Sincerely is an independent recruitment business operating from two branches in Prestatyn and Llandudno, supplying temporary and permanent staff to both private companies and the public sector.
The judges were impressed with Yours Sincerely's considerable investment in standards, as well as its commitment to exceed customer's expectations. In the judges words, the Company takes going the extra mile to the next level.
The company sends a Client Satisfaction Questionnaire to clients bi-annually. The feedback is collated and the results are closely analysed and monitored. To date, Yours Sincerely has received 100% positive responses from one question in the survey: 'Would you recommend us'. In addition to monitoring clients' opinions, the company gives added value to clients through incorporating entertaining into fundraising for good causes.
The judges praised Yours Sincerely employees who have gone above and beyond the call of duty, such as volunteering themselves to help out the client when sickness affected candidates turning up for work and offering to get to the nub of a staffing problem by working at a client's premises to explore the situation for them.

We are very pleased to announce that we raised £2800 all of which will be donated to the Wig and Headwear facility at the North Wales Cancer Centre , in memory of Helen Easton.

Winners will be announced at the gala awards evening on 28 April at London's Grosvenor House Hotel.
Lynne is delighted to announce that she has been chosen as a Finalist for the Western Mail Welsh Woman of the Year Awards. After an extensive application process, Lynne was chosen as one of three finalists out of 150 entries in the Small Business Owner category of the competition.
The final winner will be announced at the Gala Ball on 21st November 2008.

In support of Children In Need Yours Sincerely are offering our clients to have a 'temp with a difference!'.
On November 14th we will be taking donations for Children In Need and the business that makes the largest donation will have the opportunity to benefit from our Branch Manager as a temporary worker for a day!
Whether it be to make tea, clean the office or offer valuable recruitment and interview techniques to line managers, they will be at the beck and call of the winning bidder all day! Watch this space to find out who wins the opportunity to have a 'temp with a difference!'
Lisa Roberts from Flint and Rhian Evans from Deganwy have been awarded the Yours Sincerely Temporary Workers' of the Year.
Lisa is a temporary worker at Flintshire County Council and was nominated for the award by her line manager John Rowlands and Rhian Evans who is a temporary worker at Conwy County Council was nominated by her line manager, Michelle Freeman.
The awards are one of the activities organised in order to celebrate the REC's National Temporary Workers Week, which ran from 2nd - 6th June which celebrates the contribution made by the United Kingdom's 1.2 million temporary and contract workforce.
Evette Groom, Operations Director of Yours Sincerely says 'it is fantastic that Lisa and Rhian have won this award, we received a high number if nominations for many of our temporary workers but the impact these two candidates have had on the businesses they work for was very clear from the extremely high praise given by their line managers. National Temporary Workers week is a great opportunity to recognise the contribution that these worker have made to businesses nationwide and to thank them for their efforts. Lisa and Rhian are both a great example of how temporary workers can make a real difference to the business they work in. '
