Our client is seeking a bright, friendly and enthusiastic self employed Beauty Therapist to join a growing and highly reputable beauty salon to work on a part time or full time basis.

Essential criteria
1. Beauty therapy to NVQ level 3 standard or equivalent.
2. Friendly, enthusiastic and with good communication skills.
3. Well motivated, able to work from own initiative and on time with busy appointment book.
4. Ability to solve problems, make decisions and consult with others.
5. Flexible and adaptable, able to work alone and as part of a group.
7. Ability to work within agreed quality standards, systems and procedures.
8. A genuine interest in health and beauty and the latest trends.
Desirable criteria
1. Experience working in a busy salon or spa
2. Experience with products Elemis, Jessica and Crystal Clear (training will be given)
3. Qualified and experience in holistic treatments, electrical treatments, Brazilian waxing, tanning, make-up.
Our client expects therapists to be friendly, have good communications skills, impeccable personal hygiene and the ability to work to tight schedules sometimes during unsociable hours.

The main Job responsibility is for the adherence to and maintenance of the Quality & Environmental Management Systems.
Using the QMS & EMS, the jobholder will assist with developing and implementing business improvements to maximise Quality, Production, Profitability and Customer Satisfaction in a Manufacturing environment.
The jobholder must have a good commercial awareness and excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and develop business relationships to provide growth in the company whilst maintaining quality standards.
The role requires a self-motivated individual who is able to take data driven informed decisions to minimize quality-related problems.
REQUIREMENTS
Our client is looking for an Administrator/Sales person to work in their new Conwy office. This is a part time position of 16-20 hours per week. 4-5 hours of which will be spent making sales calls and the remaining hours helping with all administration duties.
This position requires the ideal candidadte to be a Fluent Welsh Speaker.
