The successful candidate will build and maintain excellent relationships with key clients and colleagues and to assist with the development of expedition by facilitating the build-up programme and supporting all participants.
Responsibilities
- To identify, meet and exceed client needs throughout their expedition programme.
- You will need to be a pro-active and confident person who brings enthusiasm and a positive approach to work.
- To have experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Be IT literate, with experience of using Microsoft applications.
- Experience of working with key customers over a long product cycle.
