  • To have experience of working in a customer service environment.
  • Be IT literate, with experience of using Microsoft applications.
  • Experience of working with key customers over a long product cycle.

Job of the Week Marketing Executive

Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join their developing team.  This is a real opportunity for growth and development within a forward thinking, developing organisation.

The successful candidate will be required to manage existing relationships with third party suppliers including PR, SEO and Design agencies.

You will also be responsible for organising the company’s presence at a variety of events, working closely with suppliers, partners and internal colleagues. You will also be expected to represent the company at these events.

You will be expected to source, research and write regular merchant and partner communications, pulling together ideas and working with internal departments to deliver outstanding results.

Not only will you be involved in the continued development of the company website, but you will also be heavily involved in the company’s Social Media activity managing our Blog, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts on a day to day basis, creating and identifying relevant content.

You will actively assist in the creation and launch of new products and services and work closely with the Sales teams create and maintain sales materials to help drive the company forward.

The successful candidate must have experience of marketing, in particular social media marketing is highly desirable.

Job of the Marketing Administrator

Our client is seeking to recruit a Marketing Administrator to work for their Head Office in St Asaph.

Duties will include:

Dealing with all paperwork and labels for distribution to Royal Mail centre

Collating and informing branches on new marketing material

Overseeing the successful delivery of text messages to branches

Diarising the display stand bookings and arranging delivery and collection

Dealing with orders for promotional items, ID badges and Head Office based stationery

Liaising with the winners of competitions and distributing prizes

Dealing with cuttings of press releases and editorial

Providing assistance to the Marketing Assistant and marketing Manager as necessary

The role will also include all other reasonable administrative duties as may be required from time to time as deemed necessary by the Directors.

A good knowedge of Word and Excel is essential

Our clients are a local based organisation who design, manufacture and installs handmade ceramics to a worldwide market. 

They have an opening for an experienced and self motivated Administrator/Secretary/PA.  The role involves working with the company directors ensuring that sales and administration aspects of their travel and marketing activities are dealt with efficiently and carefully.   The work will include computer based research to source new companies and additional areas of sales activity.   The successful applicant will be well organised, computer literate and have good typing, letter writing and telephone skills.
